Terms, membership and privacy

Membership

Brand membership means: a member number, first access to Shhmokers Club events, early access to merch drops, and an optional seat on our tastemaker panel. Membership comes with a Founding 100 purchase and is not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel, and you can ask us to remove your number and your data at any time by email. Members must be 21 or older.

Events

Club events are private and 21+. Bring your own. Nothing is sold, supplied, or transferred by the club at any event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who doesn’t respect the room or the people in it.

Orders, shipping and returns

Everything we sell is printed to order in small runs. Orders ship in 10–17 days and shipping is charged at cost. Because each piece is made for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind; check the size guide before you order. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, shipping address and order details to fulfil your order and issue your member number. If you opt into the tastemaker panel, we collect your answers to occasional questions about products and events. Panel data is stored against an anonymous ID, never your name, and is only ever shared as aggregates. We never sell or share individual data. Email us to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We use Squarespace for the store and Tapstitch to print and ship; each processes your order details under its own privacy terms.
